NBS Shipping & Return Policies

By making a purchase with NBS, you authorize us to charge the card provided with any item you purchase. 

Order processing: NBS accepts all major credit cards. Be sure to tell us the correct billing and shipping instructions when placing your order.

PROMO CODES OF ANY KIND MUST BE APPLIED DURING CHECKOUT. WE CAN NOT GO BACK AND APPLY DISCOUNT CODES TO ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.

Orders are typically processed the same day. If the order is placed during {regular business hours} - your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship on Saturdays - if you place an order on Saturday it will be shipped out on Monday.

Shipping: NBS has an $8 flat rate shipping fee. We use USPS and in most cases it takes at least 3 business days for delivery. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.  

NBS is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping
  • Items that are lost, damaged, or marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following link

    Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

    • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, NBS IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

    Returns: We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from NBS, so we offer no-hassle, easy returns! Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date. Please include your packing slip so that we will know what your order number is. If you no longer have your packing slip include a note with  Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process. We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have tags removed. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date received for online credit only - you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.

    NBS is NOT responsible for any shipping charges to return an item(s) due to any mistake on an order. 

    SHOES must be returned in an undamaged box (box within a separate shipping package). 

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.
